Lactose
- La Palma 's USP/BP-grade lactose is used by pharmaceutical manufacturers for tablets, capsules and powdered medicines. It is also used by makers of veterinary products.
- La Palma 's food-grade (edible) lactose is widely used as a partial sugar replacement in full-cream milk powder. Applications include the manufacture of chocolate, baked products and infant formula. Our lactose is also used as a raw material in the production of lactitol and lactulose.

Lactulose
La Palma 's USP/BP/EP-grade lactulose is the result of lactose isomerization, which utilizes no solvents other than water. DMF available.

WPC (whey protein concentrate)
-Our WPC 80 is a quality protein for use in baby food, sports-nutrition products, geriatric products and mayonnaise.
-Our WPC 35 serves as a replacement for skimmed-milk powder in the manufacture of baked products, chocolate and ice cream.
Whey permeate
- Our food-grade (edible) whey permeate is used to make baked products, chocolate, caramel, blended spices (as carrier) and ice cream.
